Nokia Software Updater

Users who have been wishing to update their mobile phone software from their PC now seem to be answered. Nokia has recently announced an all-new Nokia Software Updater, a Windows application which helps users update their device software from their PC. Simply plug in the device to download and start the update.

The newly released candidate lends support to Microsoft Windows 7 and improved USB connectivity. It also features ‘What’s New’ release notes for the software to conveniently highlight the improvements and new features for one’s device.

Users are advised to follow the on-screen advice before starting the update process to avoid possible data loss. The new beta release of the Nokia Software Updater will not install any pre-release of Nokia device software.

To notify, if after installing the software users get a message ‘No software updates available’, this means there’s no new version of Nokia device software currently available for their specific product.

Nokia users can now experience improved touchscreen scrolling and Ovi Maps 3.01 with 3-D maps.
