Rise of the Triad to be set loose on iPhone

First person shooter games have always managed to attract an ardent fan base. Those familiar with the name El Oscuro are probably Rise of the Triad enthusiasts if they’re into gaming. Mobila Interactive is bringing this game to the App Store for iPhone users.
This iPhone version of ROTT is based on its Linux v1.0 adaptation and features various customizable control schemes. The game which was originally intended as a sequel to Wolfenstein lets players take on the role of any one of the five H.U.N.T. members as they battle cult members trying to wreak havoc in Los Angeles.
The app comes with the original game soundtrack, four full game episodes with 32 levels, ten digitized enemies, 45° viewing angles for looking up or down, secret levels, rooms and other surprises. Mobile Interactive states that the iPhone version of this game has currently been submitted for App Store review.
The specific release date of ROTT for iPhone in the App Store hasn’t been mentioned as yet.
