Back in 2009, Nokia managed to catch the ‘espial’ with two new brand names for its phones: X-Series and C-Series. Though some of its X-series phones were glimpsed, the C-series hid behind the curtains. This time, according to UnwiredView, rumors have once again sizzled up that Nokia is gearing up to reveal the latest C3 and C5 series of mobile phones.

Apparently, the first handsets from this new series might be announced next week, on January 26 – just one day ahead of Apple’s alleged proclaiming of its ‘iTablet and the new iPhone 4.0 OS’.

Seemingly, the C3 (C3-00 or RM-614) comes equipped with quad-band GSM connectivity, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, while C5 (C5-00 or RM-645) doesn’t feature Wi-Fi, but has HSPA.

Well, let’s just wait and watch who wins the tug of war.
