To enable users to control their home and work computers efficiently, NTRglobal releases the NTRconnect Remote Access for the iPhone. Along with the release, NTRglobal also supports TreeLink’s approach to raise awareness for healthy urban and community forests. With each download of this application, the company will donate $1.00 to TreeLink.
NTRglobal is teaming up with TreeLink to donate a percentage of the gains from every download of the NTRconnect Remote for the iPhone. With highly advanced technology and worldwide reach, the company is collaborating with TreeLink to aid funding established accounts in the US alongside building new accounts in cities across the globe as well.
“We’re delighted to work together to introduce a new form of online philanthropy that will establish and grow TreeBanks for new locations in the Americas, Europe and Asia,” said Pepper Provenzano, executive director and founder of TreeLink. “NTRconnect Remote Access eliminates or reduces discretionary travel and, combined with the additional benefits of a healthy and well-maintained urban tree canopy, cities around the world will see immediate and long term benefits.”
Connecting to remote systems is very simple with the NTRconnect Remote Access app. Users can access their Web-enabled office and home desktop computers along with all applications and files stored. Its user interface supports five different languages including English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.
“Now, Apple iPhone and iPod touch users around the world can remotely access and control their home or work computers by simply logging in and branching out with NTRconnect Remote Access. Today’s mobile and connected lifestyle requires the ability to take care of business anytime, anywhere,” said Luis Font, CEO of NTRglobal. “Our customers gain secure remote access to all of their work and home-based computers, files and applications, and they are also helping urban reforestation groups grow and branch out in their own backyards.”
NTRconnect Remote Access supports multiple platforms like Windows, Mac and Linux. The app assures secure 256-bit encryption and advanced keycard security. Furthermore, the app also supports keyboard, mouse and screen blocking, remote startup of a computer and easy file transfer. The app is integrated with Skype and allows local printing of remote documents.
Considering user and data security as vital factors, NTRglobal safeguards all information transferred with up to 256-bit, end-to-end SSL encryption. The same encryption method is adopted by government, banks and all credit card companies. NTRglobal’s extensive security approach expands over centralized user access controls and auditing, multi-factor authentication, robust physical and network redundancy and security, and current security monitoring, testing and audits.
Users can download the NTRconnect Remote Access app available at the Apple iTunes Store and the official NTRconnect website for $1.99.
