Bowers & Wilkins P5 Headphones

To offer a premium listening experience while on the move, Bowers & Wilkins recently unveiled the P5 Mobile Hi-Fi headphones. The innovative tool features an integrated microphone and is remote compatible with the iPhone and iPods.

For bringing up this device, Bowers & Wilkins’ engineers at the Stenying Research Establishment have worked vigorously to present a headphone offering a natural, unfatiguing performance. The headphones employ specially developed ultra-linear neodymium magnets and highly optimized Mylar diaphragms that provides the finest sound quality.

The P5 sports a closed-back design with rigid metal faceplates and sealed-leather earpads. With this design, the detail and dynamic range of the music is kept intact, with minimum noise interference. The leather-clad headband is designed to offer comfort, while the ear pads are made of sheep leather.

The Bowers & Wilkins headphones are equipped with Apple-approved cable enabling easy speech and device control. The iPhone accessory is inclusive of a high-quality, standard audio cable with gold-plated plugs.

The pricing and the availability details of the P5 are not yet revealed. However, the Bowers & Wilkins P5 headphones are expected to hit the stores by January 2010.
