Vobis announces Highscreen Zeus in Russia

Highscreen Zeus After launching is first Android-powered handset, called the PP5420 in July, Vobis Computer brings its second Android-powered device called the Highscreen Zeus in Russia, reports Ubergizmo.

The new device boasts of a 3 megapixel camera with CMOS and Autofocus functionality. It offers a 3.2-inch (diagonal) TFT with 240 x 400 pixels WQVGA resolution. As far as connectivity features are concerned, the device supports Bluetooth 2.1 +EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and micro-USB.

The Highscreen Zeus slides out to reveal a full QWERTY keyboard beneath. It comes with a 1010mAh Lithium-Ion battery and Qualcomm MSM 7225 (528MHz) processor. The handset offers GSM talktime up to 480 minutes and GSM standby up to 400 hours.

At 124.6 grams, this device measure around 110mm x 55mm x 15.1mm. It supports GPS/AGPS 256MB RAM and 512MB ROM. The device functions with GSM / GPRS / EDGE (850/900/1800/1900 MHz) UMTS / HSDPA / HSUPA (2100 MHz). It also equips 3.5mm headset jack and microSD card slot.

Vobis will retail the Highscreen Zeus for $483 (US) in Russia while its exact release date is still not known.
