Samsung rolls out Guru 2120, 2130 and 1160 in India

Samsung introduces three latest handsets called Guru 2120, Guru 2130 and Guru 1160 in India. With the release of Guru 2120 and Guru 2130, Samsung adds camera features to its lineup of Guru Series.

The Samsung Guru 2120 has an elegant eye-catching design and is complete multimedia phone. The Guru 2120 incorporates a VGA camera that allows users to capture images and videos. Owing to the image editor feature, users can crop images, adjust brightness and contrast and add amazing frames without connecting the phone to a PC.

The 2120 keeps users entertained with one-click access to MP3 player with a shortcut key. The phone comes loaded with 2GB external memory allowing users to store their favorite music and enjoy it while on the go. It is equipped with FM radio receiver offering uninterrupted entertainment and news, eliminating the need to connect to handsfree. This feature-packed phone allows users to archive clips from the radio and even create MP3 ringtones with the clips.

The device is equipped with a 1000mAH battery that delivers about 11 hours of talktime. It supports Bluetooth, Bike Mode/Whisper Mode, nine different regional languages. Further, the phone also features Mobile Prayer 2.0 in four Indian religions and Advanced Mobile tracker for mobile safety.

The Samsung Guru 2130 delivers crystal clear sound quality with dynamic dual loud speakers. Like the new Guru 2120, this phone offers a VGA camera and video recorder to capture those cherished moments. It allows users to store songs, images and videos easily with 2GB memory along with the microSD Card. The phone comes with an internal antenna that allows listeners to enjoy FM with friends without the handsfree. For safety, the phone comes with Mobile Tracker and Bike Mode and Mobile prayer 2.0 functions and is also embedded with four exciting JAVA games.

Another release is the new Guru 1160 that claims to be a dual band phone. The device offers Wireless Stereo FM with dual loud speakers that add to the fun. Built with a 1000mAH battery, the phone offers around 12.3 hours of talktime with awesome standby time up to 30 days. It also offers basic features like the Torch Light functional up to 40 hours, MP3 Ringtones and supports seven regional languages. The Guru 1160 offers the Bike Mode feature that allows users to prioritize their calls. Prioritized calls can be answered effortlessly with the handsfree while driving a vehicle.

The Samsung Guru series include around 11 phones with price ranging from Rs. 1649 to Rs. 3600. The Samsung Guru 2120 is priced at Rs. 3240, the Samsung Guru 2130 at Rs. 3600 while the Samsung Guru 1160 at Rs. 2249.
