Sunno S880 with both Andriod and Windows platform

Some specifications of the unannounced Chinese mobile phone coded as the Sunno S880 seem to be out. Supposedly, this handset will sport dual boot namely both the Android and Windows Mobile platform. Other details and specifications of the phone are as follows, according to SlashGear.

It will sport a 3.6-inch WVGA display along with an 8 megapixel camera. The camera provides clear and crisp pictures and comes with a lens cover. The handset offers connectivity to Wi-Fi and GPS. Additionally, it incorporates an 806 Mhz and 256/128 MB of memory.

Reportedly, this device doesn’t have any kind of resemblance to the Sony Ericsson Idou smartphone. Idou includes a 3.5-inch 16:9 widescreen resistive touchsceen together with a 12.1-megapixel camera. The camera brags of autofocus, face-detection, geotagging, an image stabilizer and Xenon flash.

Other additions are quadband GSM and UMTS and GPS as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. The handset capability to be compatible with dual-boot Android and Windows Mobile both will enhance the productivity of users and provide a smoother interface.

The Sunno S880 is expected to be in stores on October 15, 2009.
