Hello Kitty App introduced for iPhone and iPod Touch

Fans of Hello Kitty can now get excited as Sanrio Digital and ZIO Interactive, Inc recently introduced Hello Kitty Parachute Paradise, a new game application for iPhone and iPod Touch users. The unique game application features the overpoweringly attractive and compelling pop icon Hello Kitty and other Sanrio friends.
The application has two key components namely My Room Showcase and the casual arcade game area. It is available for download at Apple’s iPhone App Store in the U.S.
“Offering fans the ability to take Hello Kitty along on their iPhone or iPod Touch is a natural extension of our digital entertainment product portfolio,” stated Robert Ferrari, Vice President of Publishing & Business Development for Sanrio Digital in North America. “We are truly excited to launch our first Hello Kitty mobile game application on the Apple App Store.”

There is a little something for everyone.”
The irresistible application’s unique feature My Room offers users an influential and interactive area where they can tailor-make their Hello Kitty experience. The nonchalant special items from the parachuting stages can be taken by the fans for styling a scene that features Hello Kitty and other popular Sanrio characters like Badtz-Maru, Keroppi, Pochacco, Cinnamoroll and My Melody. The Hello Kitty Parachute Paradise game application also allows users to create their own wallpapers for their My Room space. Users can also upload their handiwork to the game’s Web site for sharing and comparing with other scenes.
On the other hand, there’s also a casual game area where users must help Hello Kitty earn points and gather special items in order to advance through ten growing challenging stages including an unlockable mini-game. Users launch Hello Kitty in order to complete a stage, then guide her former hindrance to collect special items with left-right, tilt-based controls while parachuting down to safety.
Hello Kitty Parachute Paradise is available for iPhone and iPod Touch at the Apple App Store for an introductory price of $4.99.
