Delicious Library Application According to Gizmodo, Amazon has recently changed their Product Advertising API. Now mobile apps like Delicious Library that extract Amazon product information, cannot use it any more.

Reportedly, the developer of Delicious Library – Wil Shipley attempted to ask for permission, but Amazon’s reply was negative.

The reports reveal an official statement released by Amazon: You will not, without our express prior written approval requested via this link , use any Product Advertising Content on or in connection with any site or application designed or intended for use with a mobile phone or other handheld device.

This move was probably carried out because Amazon apparently wants users to be able to access its product data via its own mobile site and apps.

This spells bad news for developers as well as for users who never got a chance to use these great applications.
