I just got this headset yesterday. I carry two phones with me, a Motorola RAZR V3xx that I use for my personal phone calls, and then a BlackBerry 8310 that I use for work.
Having a bluetooth headset that connects to both phones is a very convenient feature.

My wife didn’t even notice that I was talking to her over a bluetooth headset, she says that I sound just as good as if I were talking to her through the phone.
