Panasonic launches its new Tropical 823P. With this new cell your calls won’t go unattended while you are by the swimming pool or the beach. To add to the 3G buzz, this waterproof phone supports 3G network.

Apart from this pink color, which will surely attract the women, Tropical 823P will be dressed in pure white, cherry pink, marine blue and lime green. Panasonic gives you an option among these soothing and bright colors.

The Tropical 823P features a 3″ QVGA display, 2 megapixel camera, 3G HSDPA connectivity and supports Bluetooth. The Tropical 823P offers GPS navigation and 1Seg support. Measuring 50mm x 108mm x 17.6mm, it weighs about 132 grams. There has been no word on pricing. We have heard that Panasonic will be launching it in the Japanese markets through Softbank.
