The Motorola ZN5 phone: Official and hits the markets of China soon

Motorola unveils the MOTOZINE ZN5 in Beijing thus making it official now. Boasting about its camera, this is a high-quality phone. It is the first ever Motorola phone to combine the Motorola’s ModeShift Technology and KODAK Imaging Technology. Together they make mobile imaging easier. It comes with the Kodak Easyshare software as well as provides an easy access to Kodak Gallery and web sharing sites. You can very easily move the pictures off the device and print, share the photos whenever you feel like.
Jeremy Dale, corporate vice president, mobile devices marketing, Motorola, Inc. said “Today’s creative consumers not only want to be the photographer, but also the retoucher, the exhibitor and the critic,” also said “The MOTOZINE ZN5 lets them be all the things they want to be.”
The ZN5 features an ultra-fast 5 megapixel camera, auto-focus, a Xenon flash, 4GB optional external memory. The Kodak Perfect Touch Technology makes images brighter and vivid. It offers multiple capture modes like multi-shot and panorama.
John Blake, general manager digital capture and imaging devices group, vice president Eastman Kodak Company said “KODAK Imaging Technology combines Kodak’s unparalleled experience in imaging science with easy connectivity to the company’s vast portfolio of products and services,” and added “We have redefined the quality, convenience and connectivity of mobile imaging devices. We have worked closely with Motorola to create a device that not only delivers Kodak-quality pictures, but allows consumers to explore a wide range of options for sharing their photos with friends and family around the world.”
The ZN5 lets youView your photos with one touch and share your favorite photos quickly and easily. You can easily transfer pictures to a PC using a USB, Bluetooth wireless technology and Wi-Fi as well as print wirelessly on Bluetooth-compatible Kodak printers and at KODAK Picture Kiosks. Some other features being of the ZN5 are CrystalTalk technology, making calls audible even in noisy surroundings, dual compatibility for GSM and WLAN, full HTML browser and supports SMS, MMS, IM and personal e-mail.
The MOTOZINE ZN5 will hit the Chinese markets in July 2008 and will go globe trekking in later part of the year. There has been no word on pricing.
