Telstra joins in bringing 3G iPhone to Australia

Telstra Logo Apple’s 3G iPhone has been spilling news out of its kitty for a long time now. And we expect even more as its launch date of July 11 is approaching. The 3G iPhone is to be launched in 22 countries on that day and will go up to 70 countries later on. Telstra is said to carry the 3G iPhone in Australia.

Telstra joins the community of Vodafone and Optus with the inclusion of the much hyped 3G iPhone in their range of phones. We have heard that Telstra will be making an announcement to make it official on June 26.

Telstra is also said to make the 3G iPhone available to all its custumers on July 22. Though Telstra entered as the 3G carrier later, it has an added advantage as it provides better 3G speeds.

Apple has said to come up with a new store in Sydney. Telstra has not said much yet. Let’s wait and watch.

    I can’t wait until the Apple 3G iPhone is announced to go on sale on the Telstra 3G network on June 26th 2008. When the news gets told, i will pre-order the Apple iPhone 3G that second!
