Famous Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu unveiled Reliance’s New Expressions plan at a press event held at Kochi, in the southern state of Kerala, India. As of now the Expressions plan will be available specifically for Reliance mobile users in Kerala.

The Expression Plans which offers a rental of Rs. 174, provides an edge over the pricing competition by providing call rates of 90 paise/3mins for any call made within Kerala itself. The 3mins pulse rate and such low call rates definitely seems quite enticing. Apart from the 3min pulse rate, the Expression plan also offers 90 paise per 30mins for calls to Reliance phones. The call rate to landlines is 90 paise per minute and to top it all, an STD call will cost Rs 1.99 for three minutes, which seems quite reasonable for a mobile call.

The Expressions Plan is here to target the women customer base of the market as they tend to talk for long hours on end!

Ajay Avasthi, Reliance Communication Kerala CEO, said that “to drive market expansion, it is imperative that we reach out to consumer segments that have hitherto not been addressed directly. Our segmentation strategy aims towards understanding the need gaps of specific consumer segments and creating special segments products for them. Expressions for women is one such initiative from Reliance Communications.”

With the Expression plan being launched, Reliance users will surely express themselves with a smile and with such attractive plans, Reliance can surely gear up for a larger customer base with new customers wanting to get on to these plans.
