Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte If you are bored of the diamonds and gold, get ready to handle sapphire on your phones. Nokia has launched its premium handset Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte in India.

With a steel and glass composition, the Nokia 8800 proudly displays a single genuine Sapphire gem stone on the center key and a touch of soft brown napa leather. The slider phone is well designed with 3G capabilities and an excellent 3.2 Megapixel camera.
Now forget ugly fingerprint marks on your shiny mobile as the Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte includes an anti-fingerprint coating. The phone also has 1GB of internal memory giving a quite a decent amount of storage, topped up with a 2″ QVGA OLED display with up to 16 million colors. If you want to know the time, all you need to do is double tap the steel surface below the display and the analogue clock appear on the screen. We all have faced a situation where we are unable to answer a particular call and the phone keeps ringing, with the Nokia 8800, simply turn the screen side down and silence the incoming call.

The Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte has a classy finish and is quite intelligent as well. It adjusts the brightness depending on the ambience. Belonging to a premium range of phones, it doesn’t come that cheap either. The Nokia 8800 Sapphire Arte costs a whopping Rs 62,829.
