Huawei U8220 gets green signal from FCC

T-Mobile Huawei U8220 Android lovers would be delighted to know that the Huawei U8220 has finally gained approval from the FCC. The Android powered mobile phone will be launched as T-Mobile Pulse, reports Unwired View.

Reportedly, the Commission does not mention about the Pulse incorporating T-Mobile USA 3G connectivity (1700MHz). Therefore, it seems that the approved handset is probably just the European version.

The Huawei U8220 will apparently incorporate HSDPA and Bluetooth technology. Rumor has it that the T-Mobile device might come up with 3.5 inch touchscreen display along with a 3 megapixel camera. The handset will probably package Wi-Fi capabilities.

The pricing and the availability details of the Huawei U8220 is still under wraps. However, it looks like the network carrier will be launching the mobile phone pretty soon. There is also a possibility that the T-Mobile phone might run on Android 1.5 Operating System. There is still no clue whether the mobile phone would sport a QWERTY keypad or not. So stay tuned to for the latest updates on the U8220.
