Asus ZenFone 2 bearing 4GB RAM and 13MP camera released for Rs 18999

The Asus Zenfone 2 smartphone is best known for the great specs it offers coupled with affordable price tags. The top-tier models come with 4GB RAM and a 2.3GHz Intel processor, but the company has brought a new version to India which combines the high system memory with the SOC you’ll find on the 2GB options.

A post on the Asus India Facebook page says that a limited stock of this version is being introduced, which is apparently designed especially for India. The main reason behind the company launching the new Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML variant is owing to the ‘overwhelming demand’ for 4GB RAM.

In a nutshell, the Asus phone has 4GB RAM, 32GB expandable storage and a 1.8GHz quad core Intel processor. For an additional Rs 1000, you could get a faster CPU. But that option is currently out of stock on Flipkart.
